MUSTIQUE The Mustique Company Ltd. is seeking to fill the post of Yoga and Fitness Coach at the Cotton House Hotel. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Teach a range of yoga styles, including primarily Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Power Yoga. • Instruct mat Pilates classes and/or other group exercise disciplines. • Provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate students' needs and abilities. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Work effectively within a team of wellness professionals. • Maintain a clean and safe practice environment. • Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including teaching 2-8 classes per day. Requirements: • Minimum 300-hour Yoga Alliance certification. • Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching yoga to adults in both 1:1 and group settings. • Proficiency in teaching Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Power Yoga. • Certification to teach mat Pilates. • Additional certifications or qualifications in other group exercise disciplines such as Personal Training and Aqua Aerobics are highly desirable. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Friendly, enthusiastic, and client focused. • Ability to work full-time on Mustique Island.
