Technician will provide senior-level technical support, coordinate the day-to-day operations of IT Technicians, lead assigned infrastructure projects from procurement through deployment, and ensure high reliability across all island-wide network, telecommunications, and IP systems. We are seeking a versatile technical professional who combines deep hands-on infrastructure skills with strong leadership and ownership; and who demonstrates capabilities in terminating fibre or aligning a wireless bridge in the field while configuring VLANs; managing vendor deliveries; liaising with high-profile stakeholders; guiding junior technicians through complex troubleshooting; and who takes full accountability for tasks from initial specification to final delivery.
