By accessing or using About SVG, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

While we strive for accuracy regarding outages and business info, About SVG is a community platform. We cannot guarantee that all data is 100% real-time or error-free.

User Conduct

We have zero tolerance for harassment, fake business listings, or spam. Violating these rules will result in immediate account termination.

Governing the use of our platform.

1. User Accounts

To access certain features (like posting a business or commenting), you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain the security of your password and identification.
Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.

2. User-Generated Content

When you post content (business listings, job openings, comments) to About SVG, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including via automated "scraping".
Using the system to send spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
Posting content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or incites violence.
Attempting to interfere with the system integrity or security.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. About SVG expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
