The Forecaster/Scheduler analyzes trends, predicts workloads, and creates schedules to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. This role directly supports service levels, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate short-term and long-term workload forecasts.
• Create and manage staff schedules based on business demand.
• Analyze real-time and historical trends to adjust staffing needs.
• Identify risks to service levels and recommend staffing solutions.
• Support workforce management reporting, staffing reviews, and planning meetings.
• Prepare client billing and invoicing as needed.

• Experience in a call center or production environment.
