St Vincent Co-operative Bank Ltd invites applications for the position of IT Security and Infrastructure Officer The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving all technical issues within the IT environment, while overseeing the delivery of security services to ensure that organizational assets are adequately safeguarded. The role includes managing the daily operations, maintenance, and security of the organization’s computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal performance in support of business objectives. Additionally, the incumbent will ensure that all systems and network operations remain compliant with PCI DSS standards and ECCB regulatory requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Administer and maintain physical and virtual server environments. •Implement and manage firewalls, antivirus solutions, and VPN connectivity. •Design, deploy, and support secure network infrastructure. •Monitor network availability, capacity, and performance. •Lead disaster recovery and backup operations. •Supervise technical staff and coordinate vendor support. •Ensure system audits, compliance controls, and least-privilege access standards. •Prepare technical and security performance reports.
