CWSA seeks Engineering Manager

VACANCY NOTICE ENGINEERING MANAGER Central Water and Sewerage Authority (CWSA) The Central Water and Sewerage Authority (CWSA) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Engineering Manager. Minimum Qualifications • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Infrastructure Management, Project Management, or Business Administration. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. • Registered Professional Engineer (or eligibility for registration) in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. • Asset Management certification (e.g., ISO 55000 or related training). Experience • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive engineering experience. • At least five (5) years in a senior leadership or management role. • Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects. • Experience working in the Caribbean or Small Island Developing States (SIDS) would be an asset. Compensation • Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
